IP Rating Guide
The Ingress Protection Rating (IP) is the international measure defining the degree of protection against the intrusion of solid objects, dust, accidental contact and moisture
The first number represents the degree that the equipment is protected against the intrusion of solid objects and the second number represents the degree that the equipment is protected against moisture.
